Eligibility Criteria

Applicants for the award must meet the following requirements:

1. The applicant must be an Iraqi pharmacist.

2. The submitted paper must be published in a peer-reviewed scientific journal indexed in recognized international databases.

3. All types of review papers are not eligible, including Review Articles, Systematic Reviews, Scoping Reviews, Narrative Reviews, and Meta-Analyses. Only Original Research Articles published in peer-reviewed scientific journals are eligible for submission.

4. The submitted paper must have been published within the two calendar years preceding the application deadline (i.e., papers published in 2024 and 2025 are eligible for this year’s award).

5. The applicant must be the first author, second author, or corresponding author of the submitted paper.

Application Procedure

1. Applications must be submitted electronically through the official Award website using the designated online application form.

2. The following documents must be attached to the application:

   • A copy of the published paper.

   • Proof of publication.

   • The applicant’s curriculum vitae (CV).

3. The application period is announced annually through the official Award channels.

4. For the current award cycle, the application period extends from 3 July 2026 to 31 August 2026.

Withdrawal Policy

1. Applicants may withdraw their application at any time before the official announcement of the award results.

2. A written withdrawal request must be submitted to the Board of Trustees.
